Hi guys if your PC is working slowly and you have installed many heavy softwares then you can use "services.msc via start- run" and some of softwares which are not being use, you can stop their services.
For example I have installed Oracle and whenever I don't need to work with it, I use this solution and stop the OracleServicesORCL (Start-Run-Services.msc-OracleServicesORCL). and one more thing don't forget to set the startup type as manually.
Moreover we should delete our temporary/unused file via "disk cleanup" and can use defragment tool.
